In response to the surging demand for data centers in Sydney, Precast Elements in collaboration with Multiplex undertook the construction of a cutting-edge facility in two distinct stages. Precast Elements played a pivotal role in this endeavor, having been engaged by Multiplex for the precision manufacturing and installation of a diverse range of components. This included non-load-bearing facade walls, load-bearing facade columns, curved stairwells, lids, and the installation of hollowcore slabs.

The architectural complexity of the project is exemplified by the incorporation of curved stairwells, underscoring the advanced design and engineering principles applied. The multifaceted role of Precast Elements in delivering critical elements of the structure speaks to our capability to contribute to various aspects of the construction process.

To ensure a seamless integration with the overall aesthetic vision, all walls underwent on-site painting, adding a finishing touch to the space-aged building.
