Parkview entrusted Precast Elements with a pivotal role in the successful realisation of a distinguished residential and commercial development comprising two towers across multiple storeys. This encompassed the precision manufacturing and installation of over 1,500 precast components, ranging from structural facade walls to balcony upstands and bespoke landscape furniture.

A noteworthy challenge of this project lay in effectively integrating reinforcement within predominantly windowed walls. The intricacy of each facade wall and upstand was enhanced through the incorporation of horizontal grooves, collectively spanning an impressive total of over 7,000 meters and elegantly wrapping around the entirety of the building.

To achieve a refined aesthetic congruent with the project's vision, each component underwent on-site painting. The finishing touches were meticulously applied, utilising both clear and opaque colored finishes.
