In collaboration with Billbergia, Precast Elements undertook a significant role in the realisation of a distinctive residential and commercial development comprising of four towers across multiple storeys. This encompassed the design, manufacturing, and precise installation of an impressive array of over 2,500 precast components, spanning structural walls, balcony upstands, and slab edges/awnings.

A notable architectural feature of this endeavor involved the creation of double-curved lips, enhancing the aesthetic allure of the façade when observed from below. The fabrication of these intricate elements necessitated the development of complex moulds, a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship involved. Substantial investment in research and development underscored the commitment to achieving the desired visual impact, with the achieved results speaking eloquently for the dedication and expertise applied.

To ensure a seamless integration with the overall design vision, all components were meticulously painted on-site, contributing to the overall cohesiveness and aesthetic refinement of this multifaceted project.
